KIWI Raspberry Smoothie
Fresh fruit veg water and a blender, I’m no chef I just love using fresh colorful food!
KIWI Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- Green: 1/4 cup kale juice or half kale leaf (this is your veg water)
- 2 kiwis
- 1 teaspoon spirulina (powder available at health food stores- optional)
- 3 frozen bananas
- Red: 3 frozen bananas
- Handful of fresh raspberries
Instructions
- RECIPE = green: 1/4 cup kale juice, half kale leaf, 2 kiwis, teaspoon spirulina, 3 frozen bananas, red: 3 frozen bananas and handful of fresh raspberries, blend each separate & layer
