KIWI Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Green: 1/4 cup kale juice or half kale leaf (this is your veg water)
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina (powder available at health food stores- optional)
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • Red: 3 frozen bananas
  • Handful of fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. RECIPE = green: 1/4 cup kale juice, half kale leaf, 2 kiwis, teaspoon spirulina, 3 frozen bananas, red: 3 frozen bananas and handful of fresh raspberries, blend each separate & layer
